Eucalyptus obliqua, commonly known as Messmate Stringybark, has a distribution which extends in South Australia across the Mount Lofty ranges into Kangaroo Island. Its distribution extends through south east South Australia throughout the higher rainfall areas of Victoria, all of Tasmania, and through NSW.

Eucalyptus fasciculosa, commonly known as Pink Gum has a distribution almost uniquely in South Australia with a some representation in western Victoria. It exists in high rainfall areas including Kangaroo Island, Southern Mount Lofty ranges and the south east of South Australia.

Eucalyptus baxteri, commonly known as Brown Stringybark, has a distribution from Kangaroo Island, southern Mount Lofty ranges, and across the south east South Australia continuing throughout southern Victoria.

 Banksia marginata, commonly known as Silver Banksia, has a distribution which extends from the Mount Lofty and Fleurieu peninsula and Kangaroo Island across south east South Australia and Victoria, Tasmania and the more moist coastal NSW with some penetration into southern Queensland.

Allocasuarina verticillata, commonly known as Drooping She-Oak, has a distribution across south east Australia stretching from the Eyre, Yorke, and Fleurieu peninsulas, the Flinders and Mount Lofty ranges, throughout south east South Australia across most of Victoria, western Tasmania and south and central NSW.

Acacia pycnantha, commonly known as Golden Wattle has a distribution across the Eyre, Yorke, and Fleurieu peninsulas as well as the Flinders and Mount Lofty Ranges, Kangaroo Island and throughout the south east South Australia and Victoria. It also occurs in isolated areas in Western Australia, NSW, Tasmania and Queensland.
